Hand forged round Beaten Copper Bowl RUFFLES 05

My handcrafted copper bowls and trays are great for tea-lights, candles, incense sticks, pot-pourri or just as a decorative display piece on your coffee / side table. The ruffles make it look like a flower which makes it a really attractive piece of sculpture.

I made this round copper bowl from copper salvaged from an old copper tank. Each piece is a one off. I decided to use liver of sulphur  giving this piece a lovely aged look. See more upcycled work in my online shop.

Please Note: Many of my copper designs have been given an antique, flame or colour patina.

However, copper will continue to darken naturally over time as it reacts with the oxygen in the air. In my opinion this natural oxidation process gives your item an ageless, timeless look. That really is part of the charm of individually handcrafted copper pieces, don’t you think?
