Textured Copper Earrings with Hot Pink Pearls
Rustic Textured Copper Earrings with dyed Freshwater Pearls. The Hot pink dyed pearls really make these earrings stand out against the copper.
The copper component was cut from sheet and patterned using a hammer. Visitors to my website who also follow me on social media do know how much I love hammers and using them to create texture on metal.
This is one of those pieces of textured jewellery. I had some off-cuts left over from another project which were the perfect size for a pair of earrings. Once hammered the copper was given an antique patina using Liver of sulfur.
These boho earrings are 6.1 cm long from top of the sterling silver ear-wires.
