Shipping and Delivery Information:
- Postage prices will be applied on order confirmation (Check-out) page once customer adds address and post code.
- Postage Costs are dictated by prices set by Royal Mail which is our preferred carrier for small and medium packages. All items have been individually categorised added into weight brackets based on weight of item plus the packaging required to send it to you in a secure manner in an undamaged condition.
- Please ensure you have given us the correct delivery address including the correct Post Code.
- You must ensure that someone would be available to take delivery if you have requested a recorded delivery or placed a Non UK order.
- PO Box addresses are not acceptable for recorded delivery packages.
- If a package is returned back to Shalini Austin by the Carrier, additional re-delivery charges may apply.
- Items will only be shipped to the billing address given with your payment details. We are sorry; we are unable to deliver to any address other than the billing address.
- Special Exceptions can be made for Gift Deliveries within the United Kingdom. You will need to contact us by telephone on 01780 766151 to discuss this.
- If you are local to Stamford and would like to pick up the item from us this can be arranged.
You will get the options to select several Royal Mail & Parcel Force options based on weight and or value of the package. We recommend you select the best insurance option depending on the value of the item purchased for peace of mind.
- Royal Mail International Tracked / Signed for method is used for Non UK Orders.
- We charge weight based Shipping for overseas postage – Selected countries in Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & India.
- Sorry we do not ship to any other locations at this time. If your location is not listed on check out page please contact us to discuss further. With deep regret I have had to suspend shipping to EU countries post Brexit. I am so sorry lovely EU customers. Fingers crossed it won’t be forever.
Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the item(s) please contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within: 21 days of delivery.
- We will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 14 days of the customer’s receipt of the product. If the item cannot be replaced or a suitable exchange offered we will refund the cost of the item.
- All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing with the Price Tags intact.
- Conditions of return: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Personalised items, bespoke items and commissions and digital downloads cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged / defective
- Refunds where applicable will be made once Item has been returned as explained above.
