Halloween Themed Metalwork & Paper Crafts Workshop

Various one hour slots available: 10am / 11am / 12pm / 2pm / 3pm

Tickets can be booked directly via Stamford Arts Centre.

Join me at Stamford Arts Centre for this spooky crafting workshop! Make your own Halloween creatures and shapes using copper foil, copper shapes and card stock.

Children must be accompanied by an adult. Paper crafts suitable for age 3+, metal crafts suitable for age 6+.

I will let you into a secret… It is advertised as a children’s workshop but adults of all ages are most welcome to join the fun too! ๐Ÿ™‚

After previous successful seasons of artist led markets and gallery exhibitions, Lincolnshire based practising artists Eve Marshall and I will present our 8th Escape The Ordinary exhibition in The Gallery at Stamford Arts Centre, promoting extraordinary workmanship and talent.

Rutland Open Studios Arts Trail 2023 will be held on the weekends of 9th-10th; 16th-17th & 23rd-24th September 2023

Ryhall Village Fete.

Ryhall Village Fete. Unfortunately due to bad weather the event was scaled down to just in the village hall and I did not attend.

Date: 15 July 2023, 12 to 4 PM

Exhibition address: Church Street, Ryhall

Absolutely delighted to have a stall at the Ryhall Village Fete this year. First time at this event. Really looking forward to it.

The fete takes place at Ryhall Hall (opposite the Ryhall Library) Church Street, Ryhall.  (it is the large house, rather than the village hall)

Peterborough Artists Open Studios

In a change from previous years I am doing PAOS Peterborough with a different set of artists and craftes this year. I will be at The Place with fellow Stamfordians Katie, Lisa and Karen Neale.

Dates: Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th June, 10.00-16.00

Exhibition address: The Elms, Aslackby Village – the house is next to the Church

In June 2023 The Old Town Hall in Bourne will be hosting their 2nd Artists Open Houses event in and around Bourne

Selected artists (including me!) will display a sample of their work in the main exhibition at Old Town Hall and in their houses, studios or gardens.

My friend Eve Marshall has invited me, chair stylist Ella Jenkins & artist Emily Bowers to exhibit with her in her gardens in the village of Aslackby.

Uffington Scarecrow Festival 2023

Uffington Scarecrow Festival 2023

Dates: May Bank Holiday Weekend โ€“ Sunday, 30th April & Monday, 1st May 2023

Venue: in the village of Uffington, Nr. Stamford, Lincs.

The event, to raise money for Uffington charities, runs from 11am โ€“ 4pm on both days.

A Celebration of local arts, culture and talent at Stamford Arts Centre.

Date: Friday, March the 3rd from 5-8pm

Our fabulous Arts Centre is hosting an event in St Georgeโ€™s Square and within the building to celebrate the venue and groups/individuals who work with the Arts Centre.

Eve Marshall & I (ESCArtists) will have a stall showcasing our work our wonderful association with the Arts Centre which, for me, started in 2008 when I launched my first creative business Jewellery by Shalini.

I feel honoured to have been invited by the Venue Manager & Arts Programme Officer to assist with the craft stalls arrangements for this event.
