Decorative Copper Leaf Sculpture – Various sizes Made to Order

Individually crafted decorative copper leaf sculpture which can be displayed indoor and outdoor. Made in various sizes 4 – 10 inches (10 – 25 cm). The price is for one leaf.

The medium size decorative copper leaf has always been the most popular size.

Please select leaf size from option above. The selection also tells you the exact price of the sculptures based on size selected. The size is the length of the actual leaf and does not include the wire stem, which will be approximately 6 inches (15 cm) and will have a few twists and bends on it.

This copper leaf has been made from copper sheet. The copper sheet was cut and the large leaf individually hand-made using a technique called fold forming. Once the leaf shape was ready it was given a patina using a butane torch flame which brings out lovely colours in copper. The leaf is then left to naturally gain further patina, copper will continue to darken naturally over time as it reacts with the oxygen in the air.

This design is handmade to order and will be shipped within 3 – 15 days.

The making process makes each copper leaf unique and individual because of the processes involved. A few photos of the making process.
